Rose City Manufacturing

Rose City Manufacturing is a value added manufacturing facility. Rose City Manufacturing operates on a 2 shift basis within 60,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space with 10 mechanical power presses, 9 robotic MIG welders and 7 resistance welders. Its' quality systems are compliant to the requirements of QS-9000 and ISO-9002. Rose City Manufacturing manufactures metal stampings, blanks, laminations, and welded assemblies. Value added operations include, secondary forming and piercing, swaging, resistance welding, robotic MIG welding and assembly operations.

Capabilities include:

• Press tonnage up to 800 tons
• Resistance welding up to 100KVA
• Robotic MIG welding, 60" diameter rotary table capacity up to 1000 lbs.
